Do you sell to the public?+
Yes — we sell to contractors, fabricators, OEMs, MROs and serious end users. Stocked SKUs are sold online with live pricing; non-stock or custom-make items go through our Bulk Quote workflow.
Are prices shown on the site?+
Yes. Stocked items display live per-variant pricing on every product page — pricing updates as you change finish, size, pack and quantity. Quantity-break tiers (1–4, 5–19, 20+) apply automatically.
How do quantity breaks work?+
Each product page shows a tier table. Order 5+ packs to get an 8% per-pack discount, or 20+ packs for 15%. The active tier price is locked into your cart and checkout.
When would I use the Bulk Quote form instead of buying online?+
Use Bulk Quote for project BOMs, non-stock specials, custom-make sizes/heads/finishes, or volumes beyond our public 20+ tier. We respond with line-item pricing, lead time and freight within 4 business hours.
How fast do you respond to bulk quotes?+
Within 4 business hours, Monday – Friday.
What's your MOQ for online orders?+
Online orders ship by exact pack/box/carton — there is no separate MOQ beyond the package quantity shown.
What finishes do you stock?+
Every family is stocked in zinc plated (B633), hot-dip galvanized (A153), 18-8 stainless (304/A2) and 316 stainless (A4). See our Materials & Finishes page for selection guidance.
Do you carry metric sizes?+
Yes — most families are stocked in imperial and metric. The size selector on each product page lists the available options.
Are your bolts grade-rated?+
Yes. Hex bolts ship as A307 / Grade 5 / Grade 8; structural bolts as F3125 A325 / A490; socket head cap screws as alloy or stainless.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes. We ship parcel via UPS / FedEx and pallet via LTL freight throughout the contiguous United States. Alaska / Hawaii / international by request.
How are shipping costs calculated?+
Shipping is tier-based on order subtotal — see the Shipping Policy for the full USA and international tier table. Cart and checkout show the exact tier that applies.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Public ecommerce checkout accepts PayPal or Wire Transfer — for Wire Transfer orders we email a formal invoice with bank details within 1 business hour and ship after payment clears. Approved business accounts may use Net-30 or business check; see Payment Policy.
Do you offer Net-30 terms?+
Yes — Net-30 is available to approved business accounts after credit review. Until approval, orders default to PayPal or Wire Transfer.
Can I get certifications or mill test reports?+
Yes. MTRs and CoCs are available on request for most grade-rated stock — note this on your bulk quote.
Do you sell stainless 316 for marine use?+
Yes — 316 (A4) is stocked for chloride / salt-spray exposure. See Materials & Finishes for selection guidance.
Can I return unused fasteners?+
Stock items returned in unopened, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days are eligible for refund less restocking. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy.
What is hot-dip galvanizing?+
Hot-dip galvanizing dips parts in molten zinc, leaving a heavy zinc coat (per ASTM A153) for outdoor structural service.
When should I use 18-8 vs 316 stainless?+
18-8 (304) handles general corrosion. 316 adds molybdenum for chloride / marine exposure. Use 316 within 5 miles of saltwater or in chemical environments.
Are A325 and A490 still current specs?+
Both are now consolidated under ASTM F3125. We stock both grades.
Can I order custom-made fasteners?+
Yes — submit a Bulk Quote for custom lengths, drilled heads, special alloys or non-standard finishes.
Do you supply concrete anchors that meet code?+
Yes — our wedge and epoxy anchors carry ICC-ES recognition for cracked / uncracked concrete service when properly installed.
What's the lead time on stock items?+
Most stock SKUs ship same-day or next business day after payment confirmation.
What's the lead time on non-stock?+
Typically 1–4 weeks depending on finish, grade and quantity. Lead time is confirmed on the bulk quote.
