Refund & Return Policy

30-day return window

Stock items returned in unopened, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery are eligible for refund, less a restocking fee.

Restocking fee

• 15% restocking fee on standard returns.
• Waived on warranty / shipping-error returns.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-made or special-order fasteners (non-stock sizes, finishes, drilled or modified parts).
• Cut, partially used, or repackaged stock.
• Items damaged after delivery.

How to start a return

Email sales@ironhexfastener.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and ship-to address. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection. Inbound freight on returns is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is the result of an IronHex error.
