Service area

IronHex Fastener Co ships throughout the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are quoted on request.

Methods

• Parcel: UPS Ground / FedEx Ground / Express on smaller orders.
• LTL freight: pallet shipments via national LTL carriers (Estes, XPO, R+L, etc.).
• Will-call pickup available at our distribution center for accounts.

Processing time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Most stock SKUs leave the distribution center the same business day funds clear.

Delivery estimates

Standard USA ground delivery is typically 2–6 business days after dispatch. International transit varies by destination and customs clearance, typically 5–15 business days.

• $0.00 – $49.99 → $12.95
• $50.00 – $149.99 → $18.95
• $150.00 – $299.99 → $29.95
• $300.00 and above → $49.95

International shipping tiers

• $0.00 – $149.99 → $59.95
• $150.00 – $299.99 → $89.95
• $300.00 – $599.99 → $139.95
• $600.00 and above → $199.95

Freight exceptions

Oversized pallet shipments, dimensional bulky items, and remote / residential / lift-gate addresses may require an upgraded freight quote. We will contact you before shipment if your order falls outside the tier system.

Duties and taxes

International orders are shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid). The buyer is responsible for any duties, customs fees and import taxes assessed by the destination country.

Damage and shortages

Inspect all shipments at delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's bill of lading before signing. Report concealed damage or shortages within 5 business days of receipt to sales@ironhexfastener.com.

Title and risk of loss

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are FOB Origin: title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the carrier takes possession.
