Quotes and orders

Pricing on quotes is firm for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted by IronHex's written acknowledgement. Stock and lead times are confirmed at acceptance.

Specifications

Product specifications, grades and certifications are provided in good faith from manufacturer documentation. Buyer is responsible for confirming a product is suitable for its intended application.

Warranty

IronHex warrants that products conform to the specifications stated on the order acknowledgement. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the non-conforming product. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

IronHex's aggregate liability under any order is limited to the amount paid for the products at issue. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes
