Nylon Insert Lock Nuts — Nylon-insert lock nuts that resist loosening under vibration. Manufactured to ASME B18.16 / DIN 985 — nylon ring vibration-resistant. Each unit is supplied as a factory-sealed package containing the exact piece count shown; no break-units, no estimated counts.
Finish — Stainless 316. Marine-grade stainless (A4). Chloride and salt-spray resistant. Use the finish that matches your environment: zinc for dry indoor work, hot-dip galvanized for outdoor and treated-lumber exposure, 18-8 stainless for general corrosion resistance, and 316 stainless for marine, coastal, and chemical service.
